How to Log In to Classet

Classet doesn't use passwords. You sign in with a verification code sent to your email.

1. Go to https://app.classet.ai/home.
2. Enter the email address on your Classet account.
3. Check your inbox for a verification code. It sometimes lands in spam or junk.
4. Enter the code on the login page. That's it — you're in your Classet dashboard.

The code expired or didn't arrive

Codes are single-use and expire. Request a new one from the login page and use the most recent email. If nothing arrives after a couple of minutes, check spam, then confirm you're using the exact email address your account was set up with — a work alias or a typo is the most common cause.

"Token has expired or is invalid"

This error means your session timed out. Go back to app.classet.ai/home and sign in again with a new verification code. You don't need IT support for this error.

"Failed to fetch"

This error usually means your company's firewall or network is blocking supabase.co. Supabase is the sign-in service Classet uses. The same block also stops Google and Microsoft sign-in from working.

To fix it, ask your IT team to allowlist supabase.co in your company's firewall settings. After that, email sign-in and Google or Microsoft sign-in should work.

"No account found" or you were never invited

Access to a company's Classet workspace comes by invitation from your organization. If a teammate set up Classet, ask an admin on your team to invite you. If you're not sure who that is, email success@classet.ai with your name, company, and the email address you want to use, and we'll get you connected.

Your dashboard looks empty when your team already uses Classet

Don't set anything up — you've likely landed in a new workspace instead of your company's. Email success@classet.ai and we'll move you into the right one.
