I Applied for a Job — Where Do I Get Help?

Classet is the hiring software that companies use to run their job postings and phone interviews. We're not the employer, and we don't make hiring decisions — so if you reached us looking for a job, here's how to get where you're going:

If you applied and have a question about the role

Contact the company you applied to directly. Their contact details are on the job listing where you applied. The employer sees your application, reviews your interview, and makes every decision about next steps.

If you had a phone interview with our AI (Joy or Emma)

The interview goes straight to the employer's hiring team. If you'd like to complete or redo it, you can call the interview number back — including if you opted out earlier and changed your mind. Opting out never locks you out.

If you're looking for open jobs

We don't maintain a job board. Search for the company's openings on Indeed or the company's careers page.

If something went wrong with an interview call
