• Throughout the text, email, and phone interactions, we clearly state that the candidate is speaking with an AI assistant.
• This helps create an honest and positive experience — candidates always know who (or what) they're talking to.
• If a candidate chooses to opt out, they are moved to a designated stage in your ATS (e.g., "AI Opt-Out") so your recruiting team can follow up manually.
• The initial text message and outreach language can be customized by job or location to reflect your brand's tone and candidate experience goals.
