Filtering your candidate list

Your candidate list can be narrowed by job, stage, and date range so you're looking at exactly the group you need — for example, everyone who completed an AI screen for one position this week. Set the filters at the top of the candidate list; they combine, so a job filter plus a stage filter shows only candidates matching both.

One thing that trips people up: the date filter. If candidates seem to be missing, widen the date range first — they're usually there, outside the window you're viewing.

Exporting candidates

You can export your filtered candidate list to a file for reporting or use in another system. Apply the filters you want first — the export matches what you're viewing. The export includes each candidate's details and status.
