Sharing Interview Recordings with Hiring Managers

Hiring managers don't need full Classet access to review interviews. The clean way to share recordings:

Give them a view-only account

Add your hiring managers as view-only team members yourself — no need to contact support. Invite them from your team settings the same way you'd add any team member, choosing view-only access. View-only users can open candidates, listen to interview recordings, and read call summaries — without being able to edit jobs, scripts, or settings.

Then share direct links

Every candidate has a direct link. Open the candidate, copy the URL from your browser, and send it. A hiring manager with a view-only account lands straight on that candidate's profile — recording, transcript, and summary in one place.

Why not just download and email the audio?

You can ask us for an export if you need one, but links beat attachments here: the recording stays alongside the summary and the candidate's details, it's always the current version, and access ends when the person's account does.
