How to Post a Job

Overview

Posting a job in Classet involves three main steps: completing job details, selecting an interview script, and launching the position. The whole thing takes a few minutes — and once it's live, Joy can start screening candidates automatically.

Step 1: Job Details

Starting a new posting: Click + Post New Job from the Dashboard's top right corner.

Building the job description: There are two options:

• Generate with AI by describing the role in plain language
• Paste an existing job description and use Parse & Fill to auto-populate fields

Required fields: Job Title, Compensation, Location, and Employment Type must be completed before clicking Next: Review Details.

Knockout questions (optional): You can add screening questions that appear before the AI interview. These should be set to Yes/No responses with both "Required" and "Knockout" toggled on. Candidates who give the wrong answer are automatically disqualified before proceeding to the interview.

You can also add questions from templates or request AI-generated suggestions based on the role.

Step 2: Interview Script

Browse available scripts in the library, preview questions and flow, then click Save Script To Job to proceed.

Step 3: Launch

Configuration options include:

• Toggling Job Published to make the position visible to candidates
• Selecting team members for interview completion notifications
• Enabling AI Phone Screening to activate automated candidate screening
• Optionally sponsoring the job on Indeed
