How to Set Up a Script

Overview

When posting or importing a new job position in Classet, you need to apply a screening interview script. The system is designed so that once you set up instructions, they are applied consistently—similar to training a new recruiter.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Access the Script Library

Scripts are available in a library on the left-hand side of the interface.

2. Duplicate or Create

You can duplicate an existing script or create a new one from scratch.

3. Customize Instructions

Click 'Edit' to customize each step of the script:

• Add additional steps (e.g., Qualify the Candidate)
• Switch off stages you don't need
• Add as many questions as needed
• Remember to click 'Save changes' as you progress

Key Tips for Questions:

• Try to make the wording of the questions sound natural in a real verbal conversation
• Break complex questions into separate ones
• Use questions with clear objective criteria for the qualifying section

4. Test the Script

Run a test call using the button in the top right corner of the page.

5. Build a Call Summary

Navigate to the 'Call Summary' tab and click 'Edit':

• Choose between two default templates: paragraph or bullet-point structure
• Edit instructions as needed
• Summaries should be sufficient for ~90% of cases so recruiters don't need to review full conversations
