How do I post a Job?
There are two ways to add a job in the Classet Dashboard:
- Post a new job in Classet with the '+ Post New Job' button.
- Import a job from your connected ATS with the '+ Import Job From ATS' button.
Both flows start on the Home page. After you add the job, both flows continue with the same setup steps: interview script, call summary, optional FAQ, and starting the AI screening.
Option 1: Post a new job in Classet
- Start at the Home page.
- Click the yellow '+ Post New Job' button.
- Fill out the basic job information. All fields on this screen are required.
- For the job address, a city is enough. You do not need a full street address.
- Select benefits from the list.
- Click 'Save'.
List your must-have criteria for candidates
Note: Write your must-have criteria as bullet points. These points become qualifying questions when candidates apply.
- Paste a job description, or click 'Generate Description with AI' to create one from the information you already entered.
- Click 'Save' to continue to the interview script.
Option 2: Import a job from your connected ATS
Use this option when the job is already posted in your ATS and your ATS is connected to Classet.
- Start at the Home page.
- Click the yellow '+ Import Job From ATS' button.
- Use the search bar at the top to find the job among your open positions.
- Select the job.
- Click 'Import Job' in the bottom right.
After the import, continue with the shared setup steps below.
Shared setup steps (both options)
Customize the interview script
- Browse existing scripts in the library on the left.
- Duplicate an existing script or create a new one.
- Click 'Edit' to view and customize the instructions for each step.
- Add stages if needed (for example, Qualify the Candidate).
- Switch off stages you do not need.
- Add as many questions as you want.
- The 'Reconfirm Application Answers' step fills in automatically from the must-have criteria you listed for the job.
- Click 'Save changes' as you go.
- Run a test call with the button in the top right corner.
Tips for questions: Write questions the way you would say them out loud. Break complex questions into separate questions. In the qualifying section, use questions with clear, objective criteria.
Build the call summary structure
- Open the 'Call Summary' tab and click 'Edit'.
- Describe the content and format you want in the summary.
Note: A good summary is enough in about 90% of cases, so recruiters do not need to review the full script or recording for each candidate.
Optional: add FAQs for the interview
Build an FAQ library so Joy can answer candidate questions. It has two categories:
- Job-Specific: Team size, shifts, career advancement.
- Company-Wide: Mission, values, policies, benefits.
Start the AI screening
- Add colleagues who should get an email notification when a candidate completes the interview.
- Switch the 'AI Screener On' toggle to start screening.
