How to upload resumes and send interviews to candidates?

Overview

Classet enables users to upload candidate resumes and initiate interviews through the "Send Interview" feature accessible from the dashboard.

Steps to Upload Resumes and Send Interviews

  1. Navigate to your dashboard
  2. Ensure at least one job posting is active (required prerequisite)
  3. Click the "Send Interview" button on the dashboard page
  4. Upload the candidate's resume and begin the interview process (this step is optional)

  1. Enter candidate information and select the relevant job from the dropdown menu

One thing to know

Send Interview always starts a Joy interview with the candidate. There is no way today to add a candidate to a job without Joy reaching out to them. If you only want to keep a record of someone you've already spoken to, reply here and we'll note the request; it's on our list.

Requirements

Before you can send interviews to candidates, you'll need to have at least one job posting live on your dashboard. If you haven't created one yet, use the "Post New Job" button first.
