How to Report a Call Quality Issue
If Joy mispronounced something, interrupted a candidate, stated the wrong detail, or a call just sounded off, there's a built-in way to flag it right where it happened.
Rate the call on the candidate profile
Open the candidate's profile and find the recording. Under it, use the thumbs up / thumbs down and add one or more criteria describing what went wrong.

Our team analyzes every piece of this feedback and the product team uses it to keep improving Classet. You won't get an individual reply to each rating — it feeds directly into how we improve the calls.
When to open a support ticket instead
If the same problem keeps happening across multiple calls — the same word mispronounced, the same kind of interruption, the same wrong detail — create a ticket with our support team and we'll dig into it directly. Include:
- Links to two or three candidate profiles where it happened (open the candidate, copy the URL)
- What went wrong and roughly where in each call ("about a minute in")
Patterns across calls are what let us find and fix the cause quickly.
One prevention tip
Joy reads your script out loud. If she keeps mispronouncing a name or brand word, try a phonetic respelling in the script first — and if it persists, a support ticket lets us train the model on a custom pronunciation for your word. The script guide has the full write-for-speech tips.
