Read Me Before Switching to the Classet ATS

Best Practices to make sure your transition to the Classet Applicant Tracking System is Painless! Here is what to prepare so the switch is smooth. Please read it fully before your migration call.

  1. Stop all sponsored jobs campaigns on your existing system

  • Any jobs you are sponsoring (EG: through Indeed or ZipRecruiter) will not transfer over to the Classet ATS

  • Our general recommendation is to have any sponsored jobs campaigns end at least 3 days before you transition to our system

  1. Action and Contact all existing candidates in your existing system

  • Similar to sponsored jobs campaigns, any existing candidates in your old system are not going to transfer over to Classet

  • To make sure you don't lose any candidate leads you already have, make sure they have been contacted

  • As an additional best practice: We recommend exporting all of your candidates from your existing system so you have them just in case

  1. Download and Store any other Valuable Data

  • In addition to actioning your existing candidates; ff you have other assets in your current ATS you would like to retain, please download and save them so they are accessible to you.

  • Examples of this may include:

    • Job Descriptions

    • Interview Guides

    • Previous notes on candidates or resumés

  • Anything you might need from your current system and don't want to lose - make sure you save it locally.

  1. Confirm you can login to Classet

  • Prior to actually connecting your new Classet ATS to Indeed, confirm you can login and access Classet
